Child Safety Standards

Art Network (the "App"), developed and operated by ArtCollection.io LLC(the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), is committed to the safety and protection of children. This Child Safety Standards policy outlines our zero-tolerance approach to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and details our comprehensive measures to prevent, detect, and respond to such content and behavior on our platform.

This policy applies to the Art Network mobile application available on the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android), as well as our web platform at artnetwork.io.

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

Art Network maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor (any person under 18 years of age), including photographs, videos, digital images, or computer-generated images that are indistinguishable from actual minors
  • Child Sexual Exploitation: Any content that sexualizes minors, including sexually suggestive images, inappropriate nudity, or content that depicts minors in sexual situations
  • Grooming: Any attempt to establish a relationship with a minor for the purpose of sexual abuse, exploitation, or trafficking, including building trust, isolation tactics, or soliciting personal information
  • Solicitation: Any request for, or sharing of, sexually explicit images or videos involving minors, or any attempt to arrange meetings with minors for sexual purposes
  • Sextortion: Any attempt to coerce, blackmail, or extort minors using sexual content or threats
  • Child Trafficking: Any content that promotes, facilitates, or glorifies the trafficking of minors for sexual purposes
  • Inappropriate Contact: Adults engaging in inappropriate communications with minors, including sexual conversations, requests for personal information, or attempts to move conversations to private channels

2. Prevention Measures

Art Network employs multiple layers of prevention to protect children on our platform:

2.1 Age Requirements

  • Users must be at least 13 years of age to create an account on Art Network
  • Users between 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent
  • Age verification is required during account registration

2.2 Content Moderation

  • AI-powered automated scanning of uploaded images and content
  • Human review of flagged content by trained moderation staff
  • Proactive monitoring of user interactions and behavior patterns
  • Keyword and phrase detection for CSAE-related content

2.3 Platform Design

  • Privacy-focused default settings for younger users
  • Restricted direct messaging capabilities
  • Easy-to-access reporting tools throughout the app
  • Clear community guidelines displayed prominently

3. Detection and Response

When potential CSAE content or behavior is identified on Art Network:

3.1 Immediate Actions

  • Violating content is immediately removed from the platform
  • The user's account is immediately suspended pending investigation
  • All associated content from the user is preserved for law enforcement
  • Access to the platform is blocked

3.2 Permanent Consequences

  • Permanent termination of the violating user's account
  • Ban from creating new accounts on Art Network
  • No appeals process for CSAE violations

3.3 Law Enforcement Reporting

  • All confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via their CyberTipline as required by U.S. federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A)
  • Reports include all relevant evidence, user information, and content
  • We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
  • We comply with valid legal requests and court orders

4. Reporting CSAE Content

We encourage all users to report any content or behavior that may violate our Child Safety Standards. Reports can be made through:

Every post, comment, and user profile on Art Network includes a report option. To report:

  • Tap the three-dot menu (⋯) on any post or profile
  • Select "Report"
  • Choose the appropriate violation category
  • Provide additional details if requested

  • United States: PROTECT Act, CPPA, 18 U.S.C. § 2258A (mandatory reporting of CSAM to NCMEC), Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
  • International: We comply with applicable child protection laws in all jurisdictions where Art Network operates
  • Platform Policies: Apple App Store Guidelines and Google Play Developer Program Policies regarding child safety
